Piles of Stone

A love letter to New England's old stone walls. This is a collection of watercolor and gouache paintings on paper titled “Piles of Stone” or “Old Stone Wall.” These small pieces exist just because I really like the stone walls that crawl across the landscapes of Connecticut. Knowing that each stone was placed there by human hands, some centuries ago, they are a reminder of the passing of time, and how we can change it.
